Until Sunday, February 8, we are celebrating the Week of Belgian Music. Even beyond this week, Belgian bands will continue to play a central role on our stage.
AB aims to be a true home for established acts such as Amenra (three sold-out shows this spring), Triggerfinger, Admiral Freebee, The Scabs, Puggy, Ghinzu, … while showing the same enthusiasm in supporting artists taking their first steps in the music world.
Each year, artists on the verge of a major breakthrough fill our Grand Hall for the very first time. For both the artists and AB, these evenings are unforgettable and truly magical.
In November, Psychonaut made the Grand Hall shake for the first time, while Dressed Like Boys moved us to tears in October. We are also very much looking forward to Ão’s first appearance in the Grand Hall on Sunday, March 26.

Fri 10 Apr 26: UM!
Brussels musician and producer unveils a new sound
UM! (Umi Defoort) is a Brussels-based producer and musician with Japanese roots. Drawing from classical music, jazz and hip hop, he creates a unique, genre-defying sound.
Five years ago, he released a hip hop album; with his new record, he now takes a very different direction: “It will be an electronic album on which I also sing myself — completely different from my first album, which featured many collaborations and in which I didn’t use my own voice.”
Thu 16 Apr 26: Tsar B
Belgian artist, composer and multi-instrumentalist Tsar B (Justine Bourgeus) breathes new life into the DNA of pop, baroque and club beats. Her music surges forward with a sense of wonder, surrender and curiosity, creating a world in which genres blend effortlessly.
Thu 23 Apr 26: The Scabs – The Phoenix Tour
The Scabs announce an exclusive spring show under the banner The Phoenix Tour — a more fitting title would be hard to imagine, as the band has truly risen from the ashes. They are also joined by a new guitarist, Fabio Canini, known from Sloper, the band featuring two legendary drummers: Mario Goossens (Triggerfinger) and Cesar Zuiderwijk (Golden Earring).
The shows on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 April are already sold out. Tickets are still available for Thursday 23 April.
Thu 30 Apr 26: Admiral Freebee
Q&A With Myself announces the arrival of Admiral Freebee’s eighth studio album, the follow-up to The Gardener (2021). An uptempo, groovy rock track just under three minutes, driven by danceable guitars and synths, punctuated by a few perfectly timed HEY’s that invite imaginary air punches.
The album will be released in early 2026. On April 30, the band returns to AB.
Anyone who caught the final shows of last year’s anniversary tour already knows: Admiral Freebee and AB are a guaranteed spark.
Sun 29 Nov 26: Axelle Red
Axelle Red receives the MIA Lifetime Achievement Award and presents her brand-new album.
The Belgian singer-songwriter and pop-soul diva has been delivering iconic songs for over three decades, including Sensualité, Parce que c’est toi, Je t’attends, Elle danse seule, Le monde tourne mal, À tâtons, Ma prière, Rester femme, and Rouge ardent.
