Battle District is a platform where artists, dancers, and competitors face each other in high-energy dance battles. This format, which emerged in the early 2000s, features dancers performing one by one to music selected by the DJ. Each performance lasts a maximum of 60 seconds, challenging participants to adapt instantly while showcasing creativity, technique, and musicality.
It is a dedicated space where artists can meet, challenge one another, and fully express themselves on the dance floor.
Behind this project is Boomclap Nation, a group of young people from Brussels who are passionate about music, performance, and dance. Their goal is to build a network for people who share the same urban culture.
This project is a take-over of Entree, organised in collaboration with Boomclap Nation, De Kuub and De Branding.
It offers access to:

• Platforms for activities, training programmes, and cultural travel experiences

Among the invited artists are Doyah13 and Iota Spirit, two recognised figures within the urban dance community.
Doyah13 is known for his dynamic approach to dance, combining musicality, technique, and freestyle. His workshops focus on personal style development, musical interpretation, and performance energy, helping dancers push their limits while remaining authentic.
Ma2T & Hisoka from Iota Spirit bring a more immersive and expressive approach to movement, focusing on body awareness, flow, and connection to music. Their teaching emphasises creativity, freedom of expression, and musical understanding, encouraging dancers to explore new dimensions of movement.
In the evening, Battle District takes center stage with a spectacular competition bringing together talented dancers for an unforgettable night of battles, performances, and high energy.
