Assistance
Do you have a (temporary) disability, difficulty standing for a long time, are you pregnant or do you suffer from an anxiety disorder? No stress! You can reserve a seat or ask for assistance after purchasing your concert ticket.
AB accepts the European Disability Card. The cardholder can take a free companion to the concert he or she has tickets for. Just fill in the assistance form before you come to AB to prove you have a valid card.

You don’t have a medical disability and would like a seat? Start by checking in what room your concert will take place. If seats are available, be sure to arrive on time. If you are present when the doors open, you have a very good chance of getting hold of a seat. An overview of the available seats per room:
- Main Hall: 250 unassigned seats
- Theatre: 750 unassigned seats
- Flex: 430 unassigned seats
- Salon: 70 unassigned seats
- Ballroom: no seats
- Box: no seats
- Club: no seats

There is a reserved area for wheelchair users on the 1st floor balcony, to the right of the stage. This balcony is easily accessibly via the lift. There are no further thresholds or stairs.

The wheelchair accessible toilet is located on the ground floor, just behind the bar. Ask for the key from one of our stewards.
Club
The Club is accessible via the lift. Our stewards will accompany you in front of the stage. We don’t automatically provide chairs. Do you or your companion(s) need a seat? Let us know.

Deaf or hearing-impaired
Let us know what you need via this link so that we can make your concert experience as complete as possible.
Sennheiser MobileConnect
You can listen live with your own headphones or hearing aid via the Sennheiser MobileConnect system in our venue. This app streams the sound from the stage directly via your smartphone to your headphones or hearing aid.
PRACTICAL TIP: Install the Sennheiser MobileConnect app on your smartphone beforehand at home and test whether your smartphone can connect to your hearing aid. Download the app here: Android - iOS.
Please note that we do our best to transmit the sound as quickly as possible, but it is inevitable that sometimes there is a slight delay in the sound transmission. Here is what you can do to avoid an echo effect:
- Check the settings of your hearing aid: limit ambient noise if possible. This way, you can concentrate on the sound coming in via MobileConnect.
- If you want to use headphones, it is best to take those that completely cover your ears. The result is also better if you can use a wire instead of Bluetooth.
- If necessary, discuss this with your audiologist beforehand.
Balloons
Balloons are available from the stewards at the entrance.
