AB seeks student/flexi for the evening ticket counter

To strengthen the evening shift, we are looking for a new Ticket Counter Assistant (student or flexi- worker)

Ancienne Belgique is a vibrant music temple in the heart of Brussels with a passion for young talent and established names. Niche and mainstream. Adventurous and genre-transcending. Through some 400 concerts and projects per year, we do our best to give more than 300,000 visitors an unforgettable experience. All this is managed by a motivated team of some 65 permanent staff.

Job

As Evening Ticket Counter Assistant at AB you are a crucial link in welcoming our audience. You sell tickets, handle guest lists (internal and external) and answer questions from concertgoers.
Before the concert starts, you are the first visible point of contact and you ensure a smooth and customer-friendly experience.
You work closely with colleagues from ticketing, production, audience safety and hospitality. You maintain the overview in often busy moments.
You work on the computer with Ticketmatic, Salesforce and Outlook in order to have everything run smoothly and correctly.

Profile

You are able to work under student or flexi-worker status . You are customer-oriented, assertive and flexible.
You can work well with computers and the programmes of the Microsoft 365 environment. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French.
You are available for an entire concert season (September 2025 - July 2026).
You are available for evening shifts (6:30 pm – 10:00 pm) during the week and in the weekend. You are also willing to do a nightlife-shift occasionally.
Knowledge of the cultural sector is a plus.

A compensation according to the salary scale of Joint Committee 304 wage group C, and reimbursement of commuting expenses.
