To strengthen the evening shift, we are looking for a new Ticket Counter Assistant (student or flexi- worker)
Ancienne Belgique is a vibrant music temple in the heart of Brussels with a passion for young talent and established names. Niche and mainstream. Adventurous and genre-transcending. Through some 400 concerts and projects per year, we do our best to give more than 300,000 visitors an unforgettable experience. All this is managed by a motivated team of some 65 permanent staff.
Job
- As Evening Ticket Counter Assistant at AB you are a crucial link in welcoming our audience. You sell tickets, handle guest lists (internal and external) and answer questions from concertgoers.
- Before the concert starts, you are the first visible point of contact and you ensure a smooth and customer-friendly experience.
- You work closely with colleagues from ticketing, production, audience safety and hospitality. You maintain the overview in often busy moments.
- You work on the computer with Ticketmatic, Salesforce and Outlook in order to have everything run smoothly and correctly.
Profile
- You are able to work under student or flexi-worker status . You are customer-oriented, assertive and flexible.
- You can work well with computers and the programmes of the Microsoft 365 environment. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French.
- You are available for an entire concert season (September 2025 - July 2026).
- You are available for evening shifts (6:30 pm – 10:00 pm) during the week and in the weekend. You are also willing to do a nightlife-shift occasionally.
- Knowledge of the cultural sector is a plus.
