The definitive end of an era: Al Jourgensen is calling it a day for good. The legendary industrial pioneer has announced Ministry’s very last tour.

For Jourgensen, full circle has been achieved. From the early new wave and synthpop of ‘With Sympathy’ (1983) to the heavy-hitting ‘Twitch’ (1986), the genre-defining ‘The Land Of Rape And Honey’ (1988) and the successful ‘Psalm 69’ (1992): Ministry changed the musical landscape forever. With this farewell tour, the band is bringing a career spanning more than forty years to a close. The tour follows the release of their very last album, ‘Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)’, due out this autumn. The record promises to be a razor-sharp farewell, including the return of Paul Barker. The single “Burned Out” offers a first taste of the album and is an instant hit. Although Jourgensen vents his frustration in his lyrics that, in forty years, hardly anything has changed politically or socially, the concert at Ancienne Belgique promises to be an energetic finale. Together with his live band, Ministry will go down fighting. Expect an intense setlist in which new material blends seamlessly with the classics that laid the foundations for industrial metal.

This is the very last chance for Belgian fans to bid farewell to one of the most influential bands in the history of the genre.
