A Belgian singer-songwriter who prefers to convey big emotions in a subtle way
ConcertWith warm harmonies, intimate vocals and heartfelt songwriting, Paak creates indie pop that gently sinks in and stays with you. His musical world is in the vein of artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Holly Humberstone and Tiny Habits, but always draws on his own experiences.
In 2024, PAAK took part in The Voice of Flanders, where he revealed his vulnerable side with his understated rendition of Tamino’s ‘Indigo Night’. After that, he began to further develop his own story. He released his debut single “Broken Glass” with Iskander Moon and, in the meantime, performed at venues such as the AB Club, the Luisterplein during the Ghent Festivities and Brussels Airport during Belgian Music Week.
With his debut EP *Someone Somewhere Somehow*, PAAK brings these experiences together in a personal project about the search for connection. He writes candidly about love and dating within the queer community, from unexpected crushes and ghosting to the emotions behind hook-up culture.
Yet hope remains central. Every encounter leaves a mark, even when someone stays only for a moment. Somewhere, in some way, the belief persists that everything can eventually fall into place.
Paak was also part of the Youth L’AB class of 2025, who organised their own ‘Lullaby’ event at the AB in November 2025!
