AB has once again committed this year to taking part in the 1000km for Kom op tegen Kanker from Thursday 14 May to Sunday 17 May 2026. A total of 18 national and 10 international teams have been registered.
To be able to take part, each team has to pledge a considerable amount of money. The net proceeds from the 1000 km go to cancer research that has a direct impact on the quality of life and survival chances of people with cancer. That is much needed, as every year there are more than 76,000 Belgians are informed that they have cancer. Fortunately, you can help us.
What can you do?
- During the concerts of Roméo Elvis & Oscar and the Wolf (on 14–15–16 December), delicious hot dogs will be sold (vegan option available). Visit our food stand and, in exchange for 2 tokens, you can get through the night without being hungry and support Kom op tegen Kanker.
- When purchasing a concert ticket online, you can optionally make a voluntary contribution. This will also go entirely to Kom op tegen Kanker.
