Dreaming of a career in music? Youth L’AB is back for its fifth edition, and we’re looking for fresh, creative minds (ages 18–23) to join our team!

This isn’t a standard internship. Youth L’AB gives you a backstage pass at AB, where you get a front-row view of how the music industry works and help shape the future of music in Brussels. At Youth L’AB you’ll gain hands-on experience in everything that goes into an event, from promotion to production, ticketing, programming, and so much more… and yes, you’ll meet legends of the field. But it’s also more than that – you’ll show AB what truly resonates with young people and how we can open our doors even wider to your generation. 

What Youth L’AB includes: 

• You’ll be part of our youth team from February through November (10 months). 
• You’ll receive several masterclasses from the AB team (programming, communications, production, administration). 
• Together with your team, you’ll organize your own event (previous editions: Essence, Sonart, Lullaby). 
• The chance to design your own pathway at AB based on your interests (lighting, concert photography, content creation…). 
• A volunteer allowance for each Youth L’AB meeting. 
• Access to loads of live music! 
• You’ll be part of the AB community forever! 

Your profile: 

• You’re between 18 and 23 years old at the start of the Youth L’AB track (February 2026).
• You live, work, or study in Brussels.
• You’re flexible and can make time in the evenings or on weekends.
• You have a strong interest in music and what happens behind the scenes at a concert venue.
• You’re fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, English. 
• You’re eager to learn (assertiveness is not a requirement).
