The Solidarity Ticket has been around for three years now. There are countless reasons to support this initiative. We have listed five of them for you.

A live show can amaze, connect and comfort. For many fans, it’s the oxygen between work and worries — a place to feel human. Yet for a growing group, a concert ticket is simply out of reach. With the Solidarity Ticket, AB helps lower that barrier. Music should be for everyone — that’s what the Solidarity Ticket is all about.
2. A small gift, an immediate impact
With just a small contribution, you can give someone an unforgettable night. And the good part? You choose how to give:
- Make a donation (€5 and up): your money goes straight into the fund.
- Add a free contribution at checkout when buying your own ticket.
- Cup deposit / consumptions: for every drink at AB, €0.10 goes to the fund. Every little bit helps!
3. You give more than a ticket: you create connection
Concerts are places to meet. For people in vulnerable situations, feeling welcome in a venue isn’t a given. Thanks to the Solidarity Ticket — and with partners like Globe Aroma, Fedasil, De Schakel and Brussels Platform Armoede — we invite and accompany these groups to the concert hall. Often, it’s their very first visit to AB. The social impact is real; the feeling of welcome even more so.
4. You help build a warmer city
Since 2022, we’ve distributed almost 6,000 tickets through the Solidarity Ticket and reduced-rate schemes (Paspartoe, UiTPAS, Article 27). That’s thousands of moments where people found each other through music and enjoyed a night together. When AB’s rooms reflect Brussels, they strengthen the social fabric — culture isn’t an island.
5. You help keep the system running
The Solidarity Ticket works because music lovers who can, give, so others can join in. Every year we shoulder this project together. Last year alone, your generosity raised over €60,000. Every euro goes directly into the fund and fully to the audiences who need it most.
