Seven Brussels bands sing in the Brussels dialect
Brusseleir is still that most amiable Brussels association that keeps the Brussels dialect alive through the Brussels Volkstejoêter, Academic projects, but especially through pleasant events to whet the appetite for ’t Brussels.
Every two years, Brusseleir organises ‘Brussels Tuub’ – a sort of Rock Rally – but then with the deliciously diverse array of artists unique to our beautiful cosmopolitan capital, with that typical Brussels humour to top it all off.
This year, Brusseleir selected 7 Brussels bands from 63 entries to each record two tracks (instead of the previous 1) for a unique compilation album that is to be released in mid-October.
The culmination of this creative process is an impressive, evening-filling show with mini after-party in AB Club for the sixth edition of Brussels Tuub. Taking part: GUNST, Morgane, Nicolas Van Belle, Benlo, Steven Alves, Ruben Bertrands and Elmo Van Thielen.
