Zornik plays success album ‘One-Armed Bandit’ in its entirety in 2024
The album ‘One-Armed Bandit’ was released in 2004 and unfailingly catapulted Zornik into the highest regions De Afrekening (StuBru). The band from Limburg will play that hit album in its entirety in 2024! The members of Zornik had already claimed their place in the Belgian rock scene with the singles ‘It’s So Unreal’, ‘Hey Girl’ & ‘Love Affair’ and a spot in the finals of Humo’s Rock Rally. When the album ‘One-Armed Bandit’ was released in 2004, the cult status of the Limburg band encompassing frontman Koen Buyse became a success story: the album sold more than 100,000 copies. With singles and high-profile video clips like ‘Scared Of Yourself’, ‘Goodbye’ and ‘Believe In Me’, Zornik resolutely etched itself into the memory of the Belgian rock fan. Further milestones don’t lie: gold and platinum albums, countless festivals nationally and internationally, sold-out tours, number one listings in the charts and various award wins.
Zornik’s popularity has only increased since their comeback in 2020, as every AB show sold right out. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of ‘One-Armed Bandit’, the Limburgers announce a new date in AB. They will play the album in its entirety, from the first minute to the very last. Countless other hits and new songs will also be featured in this unique, never previously played show.
