Jan Bas: songwriter, guitarist and rock ’n’ roll romantic with his eyes on the horizon and his heart in the right place. With his feet firmly planted in heartland Americana, soul and roots, he is building his own, lived-in sound, somewhere between Richard Hawley, Leon Bridges and the young Bruce Springsteen. His long-awaited debut album is due out in April 2027, but this is no true debutant. Jan Bas creates songs that have been given time to mature, and you can hear that in every note: warm, honest and straight from the musician’s heart.
