King Promise, born and raised in Accra, Ghana, is a storyteller who writes about, partying and family. He does that to an irresistible mix of afrobeats, highlife, hip-hop and R&B. From a young age, he was immersed in music. Thanks to his father – who introduced him to reggae, R&B, boybands and Ghanaian highlife – he developed a broad taste in genres and cultures.
Since 2017 when he first officially released his music via SoundCloud, his fanbase has grown like wildfire and there was an enormous local buzz. His talent didn’t go unnoticed, and King Promise has now collaborated with great names like NSG, Headie One, Davido and Wizkid.
