ORDERING TICKETS

How and where do I order and sell tickets?

Tickets, vouchers and drink tokens can be ordered directly via website. You can only order tickets online when you have an AB profile. How to create an AB profile? Go to the concert page of your chosen concert. Click on ‘log in’ in the black box labelled ‘buy tickets’.

  • AB Ticketshop: you can find the ticketshop at the main entrance of AB. 
  • FNAC: Click here to find out which AB concerts you can buy tickets for at FNAC.
  • Ticketswap: www.ticketswap.be is the only safe website to buy and sell tickets. AB and Ticketswap secured a safe link amongst eachother which makes it impossible to re-sell the same ticket twice.
  • Fan club: In some cases, tickets are also offered via fan club pre-sales. These are organised through the official website of the band. Please note: only purchase tickets via official sales channels! 

Other sales channels are not reliable and we strongly advise against it. Sites such as Viagogo and Bemster sell tickets at extortionate prices and counterfeit tickets. This is against Belgian Law. Read here more about buying tickets safely. 

Help, I've lost my e-tickets!

You can find your e-tickets via your profile on our website in the "My tickets" section. 

You still have the confirmation email but have lost your printed out tickets? You can simply print your tickets out again by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

 WAITING LIST 

How does the waiting list work?

Log in. Go to the concert page of the sold-out concert. Click on 'AB waiting list'. It's that simple! The text "You are on the waiting list" appears under the AB waiting list button.

People who put themselves on the waiting list of a sold-out concert are the first to be notified when tickets are released. In that case you will receive an email with a link to order tickets. You put your name on the waiting list without any obligation to purchase.

CREATING A PROFILE

How do I create a profile?

Click on '"Log in" at the top right of the homepage and scroll down to "create an AB account" or Click on "log in with Facebook". Enter your personal details and complete the registration by clicking on "Register". 

After completing the registration you will receive an email to activate your profile. You cannot order tickets without creating a profile.

I can't log in !

  • Forgotten your password? Click on ‘what was my password again?’ and request a new password.
  • Have you already tried using another browser? Our website sometimes works better in Firefox or Google Chrome.
  • Other problems? Send an email to info@abconcerts.be with a description/screenshot of the problem.

How can I remove my profile?

Send an email to info@abconcerts.be making mention of your username/E-mail and the request to remove your profile from our website.

VOUCHERS

What is the AB concert voucher and how do I use it?

The perfect gift! You can choose the amount yourself from €5 till €300. The vouchers can be bought an validated both online and in the AB Ticket Shop. You can use the AB concert voucher to buy concert tickets and drink vouchers

  • BUY ONLINE: You can order the AB concert voucher here. The AB Concert Voucher can be sent as an e-ticket or as an old school concert ticket by post (+€1).
  • USE ONLINE: place an order online. In the screen ‘delivery and payment’ you enter your concert voucher number in the space under ‘use concert voucher’. Please note: enter the number without including hyphens or spaces! Click 'Add'.
  • THE AB TICKET SHOP: check our opening hours.

The AB concert voucher is valid for a year. The date of expiry is stated on the cheque. The validity of the cheque can not be prolonged. Any remaining balance will remain on the voucher for use at a later date.
The entire order cannot be paid with the voucher? Then, in that same screen, choose a method of payment for the remaining amount.

The drink vouchers.

Drink vouchers can only be here or  online together with your concert tickets.
You can buy drink vouchers without buying tickets if you go to the AB Ticket Shop during the day.

Other vouchers that are valid in AB

We accept Sodexo culture cheques, the Paspartoe culture voucher and Stuvo Voucher
We do not accept Edenred vouchers.

CANCELLED AND POSTPONED CONCERTS

How will my tickets be refunded?

  • Cancelled concert

You purchased e-tickets online? Your tickets will automatically be refunded within 30 days, by the same means with which they were paid.

AB Concert Cheque: the money will be added to your AB Concert Cheque. In the event that your AB Concert Cheque has now expired, you will receive a new AB Concert Cheque from us.

You purchased your tickets in our AB Ticket Shop or via Ticketswap? Bring your tickets into the shop and be refunded in cash OR send your tickets to us, mention your name and bank account number to AB Ticket Shop, Anspachlaan 110, 1000 Brussels OR send us a picture of your tickets with the details of your IBAN bank account number, to info@abconcerts.be.

  • Postponed concert

Tickets stay valid for the new date, and should not be returned. If the new date doesn't work for you, tickets will be refunded. You can do it by replying to your confirmation email to info@abconcerts.be. The tickets will then be refunded within 30 days via the method of payment used to purchase them. 

Please note: every ticket buyer will receive a personal email with information about the new date. After receiving this email you will have 1 month to request a possible refund.

We would like to inform you that you can also ask for a refund in the form of an AB concert voucher. This voucher is valid for one year. We would like nothing more than to see you at AB again.

AB Concert Cheque: the money will be added to your AB Concert Cheque. In the event that your AB Concert Cheque has now expired, we will prolong it.

You purchased your tickets in our AB Ticket Shop or via Ticketswap? Bring your tickets into the shop and be refunded in cash OR send your tickets to us, mention your name and bank account number to AB Ticket Shop, Anspachlaan 110, 1000 Brussels OR send us a picture of your tickets with the details of your IBAN bank account number, to info@abconcerts.be.

In the event that the new date does suit you, your old tickets remain valid. If you download them again, the new date will automatically appear on them. Had you already printed them out with the old date? Then you cans still use those prints, save paper!

AB NEWSLETTER

  • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the AB mails?

At the bottom of this page you can leave your e-mail address to subscribe to the newsletter. Do you already have an AB account? Log in and click on "My AB account" and then scroll down to "AB mails". Indicate "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" next to the options. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.

VISITORS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY

  • Do I need to order a special ticket?

You don't have to order a special ticket. There is always enough room provided in the zone reserved for the minder mobile. You can fill in the application form here.
Only complete the form after you have purchased a ticket or have received confirmation of a spot on the guestlist. 

  • Does the person accompanying me require a ticket?

Persons accompanying you, must also have a ticket.

  • Do I have to present myself somewhere?


Speak to one of the stewards when you arrive. He/she will guide you to the zone reserved for the minder mobile.

AB TV

  • Can I purchase a DVD of concerts that were recorded?

Unfortunately not. AB never possesses the commercial exploitation rights of the recordings made and, as a result, may not offer recordings for sale.

Not every concert is filmed. Only films that we receive permission for. Depending on the rights we receive, some concerts are only broadcast live. Others are offered for a limited time (in part or in full) via stream.

You cannot rewatch all concerts again. The concerts that you can rewatch can be found here.
