Dreamy, lo-fi drenched Finnish ambient
Brothers Samu and Ville Kuukka, from Helsinki, have been making music together since they were teenagers. Their self-titled debut from 2006 was very well received and that was the start of a musical quest in which ambient aesthetic, lo-fi production techniques, post-rock influences and even a dash of Americana formed the uniqueness of their sound.
With releases on labels like Büro, City Centre Offices, Warp, Standard Form and Grainy over the years, they have become an established name within the genre.
Ghent’s Dauw label just recently released the magnificent vinyl version of their ‘Make We Here Our Camp of Winter’ album that was released in 2018 on Sound In Silence… and they come to present it in AB Salon.
