My concert is postponed/cancelled. What Now?

Your concert was postponed or cancelled? No worries, there’s a solution for every scenario.

My concert is postponed:

Tickets stay valid for the new date, and should not be returned. If the new date doesn't work for you, tickets will be refunded. You can do it by replying to your confirmation email to info@abconcerts.be.

Please note: every ticket buyer will receive a personal email with information about the new date. After receiving this email you will have 1 month to request a possible refund.

We would like to inform you that you can also ask for a refund in the form of an AB concert voucher. This voucher is valid for one year. We would like nothing more than to see you at AB again.

In the event that you have purchased tickets in the Ticket Shop, please send them back to us with the details of your bank account, to AB Ticket Shop, Anspachlaan 110, 1000 Brussel.

My concert is cancelled:

Tickets purchased online are automatically refunded within 30 days via the method of payment with which they were purchased.

In the event that you have purchased tickets in the Ticket Shop, please send them back to us  with the details of your bank account, to AB Ticket Shop, Anspachlaan 110, 1000 Brussel.

Other news

We are very worried about the situation and want to do our part in minimizing the outbreak of the virus. All the concerts up to and including the 3rd of May will be suspended and if possible postponed to a new date.
