Holler And Shout: the new Novastar is here, release concert!
This is a Covid Safe Ticket concert! What do you need?
Shout it around: ‘Holler And Shout’, that’s the title of Novastar’s latest, scheduled for November 12 via Universal, a day prior to the AB concert. With as first penetrating single ‘Deep Are The Eyes’, nicely in the wake of earlier gems like ‘Wrong’, ‘The Best Is Yet To Come’, ‘Because’ ...
‘Holler And Shout’ is vintage Novastar again, as always, particularly passionate live.
And we also received this beautifully extensive explanation below:
“To the UK or not to the UK, that’s the question.
We schrijven voorjaar 2020. Where else?
And then the pandemic. The Abbey Road Studio was forced to become the basement of Zweegers’ house. The place where many a Belpop classic was conceived, had to be converted into a recording studio. A few months later, ‘Holler And Shout’ is ready. Recorded in Antwerp, Belgium. Simultaneously produced in Brighton, UK.
The first single 'Deep Are The Eyes' immediately sets the tone for the new album. A pop song of a purity that only Joost Zweegers can compose. More than 15 radio stations pop it onto their playlist right away.
On November 12, 'Holler And Shout' will be out. On November 13, Novastar will present the new album in the Ancienne Belgique.
Whether there will be other hits played that evening? What a question… Of course, every Novastar-fan knows that: The Best is Yet To Come.”
